Dear Journal,
I swear that Karma has gotten to me this week. It's been good, but it's been bad also. I'm going to start with the good news. Monday, 3rd period- I saw dandruff in my seat. So I ripped out a piece of notebook paper and wrote,"Dear person that sits in this seat in 2nd period: USE HEAD AND SHOULDERS!" and stuffed it under the desk. When I came back the next day, it was gone. LMAO!! Thursday, Lunch- Katelin was walking back to her table at lunch. She stops in front of Layton(The 13 year old) and starts talking to him. Then, I see her point at me. He turns and looks at me, then turns back. I could feel my face burning. I knew I was blushing. I told Courtney, Zakiyah and Lissette that she was probably telling him that I like him. She smiled at me and went straight to her seat. I found out later that she DID tell him. I wasn't mad though- I was relieved, like she just did me a favor. Later at lunch today, I caught him staring at me. So I asked Katelin if he likes me. She shrugged and said that she'll ask. Now for the bad news. In third period today, we were doing a wordsearch that was supposed to be a "test" and Mr. Gaddis said no talking. Of course, everyone was talking. He called out the people that were talking and sent them in the hall. I was entertaining myself by humming my favorite song. Mr. Gaddis says,"Emelie, get it the hallway." WHAT DID I DO WRONG?!?!?! Nothing!! So, I think he called the office and asked Mrs. Tucker to come to the classroom. She walked in the hall and stopped at the doorway. Mr. Gaddis tells her to give lunch detention to the kids in the hallway. So basically I got lunch detention for nothing. Also, my mom is making us go to Lake Livingston this weekend. When I already made plans to go to the movies with Lulu. Wtf. Anywayss, gotta fly! Bye!!
